About me

I always knew l wanted to work with children and l was the one babysitting the neighbours children when l was a teenager. Being accepted into Nanny college when l was 16 started my journey into childcare and when l passed the NNEB exam, I stated working as a Nanny straight away both here in England and internationally.

After 13 years of looking after all ages of children, l knew it was time to do something different so l changed paths slightly and began working as a Maternity Nurse living in with families to help support them during the first few weeks/months or parenthood. I loved this new role and the opportunities it brought, travelling around the world and meeting lots of lovely people, many of whom are still good friends today. During this time l also qualified in massage therapy and Reflexology, both of which are appreciated by the mums and babies l work with.

Nowadays l focus on providing care locally to new parents (and Grandparents in some cases) with home visits and workshops, also offering monthly support to people who just want a check in for reassurance or may have some questions they want answering.

I love being able to support new parents in their new role and making their transition into family life an easy one
